Bergen Pinball Club welcomes you again to a fabulous experience with the Bergen Pinball Open 2025.

The event will be hosted from 11th to 14th of September.
4 days of pure pinball magic with around 100 games in the banks!

The tournament will be hosted at the Bergen Pinball Club in the city centre of Bergen, Strandgaten 201.

The club has once again been rebuilt to make it more suitable for tournaments. When you arrive first time, we want you to enter from the main entrance and walk down the stairs to register in the secretary to get your card, scoresheets, BPO tag, and have any question answered. Please take responsibility of your clothes and personal belongings at any time and use the designated places.

We will offer you minor meals (home made baguettes, toast, oven heatet pizza aso) and snacks at any time.

There will also be a bar offering alcohol beverages and sodas at reasonable prices.

We will have our own liquor licence for this event so it will not be allowed to bring your own alcohol into the area.

A good selection of quality draft beer from “7-Fjell” will be served from tap!

BPO has 72 tickets available for the full event and are using the TicketTailor web service for purchasing event tickets.

We also have 52 additional tickets available for the Card/Scoresheet/Pingolf tournaments in the orange area. The cost for these are NOK 300,-/150,- + NOK 50,- in fee.

Please visit the registration page and click on “Register here!” You fill in your details first and will be taken to Ticket Tailor when you confrirm your registration. You have to complete both stages and complete the ticket purchase to secure your spot in the event. Once your order is complete and paid, you will get an email with your confirmation and your ticket. You will eventually be listed on the player list.

Ticket price for the event is NOK 950 + fee (NOK50) until 15.06.25, that include entry to all the tournaments and one card to the Card tournament, one sheet/attempt in both the Classic and Pingolf tournament.

Unlimited cards, attempts and courses are sold separately for NOK100 on site for registered players.

If there are spots left in one or more tournaments, there will be singel tickets available closer to the tournament at NOK200.

The ticket price from 16.06.25 will be NOK1450 + NOK50 in fee, this will include waitlist registration after this date.

Club Member Price

For members of the Bergen Pinball Club the event price is NOK 750 + NOK50 in fee.

U16:

For players 15 years old or younger (not 16 before the event starts) there is a 50% discount for all tournaments (not on the club member price option) and on all fees and cards/scoresheets. Ensure you purchase the correct ticket as confirmation may be required at the event.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations after 15.08.25 will not be refunded if there is no-one on the waitlist that can fill the spot. Transaction and administration fees are non-refundable. All cancellations will be processed through TicketTailor and refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

Waitlist:

In case of any cancellation we will offer a spot from waitlist in order of registration of the waitlsit. If there are no response after 2 days, we move down the list to offer the spot to the next player. REMEMBER to check your junk mail if any Information has been sendt out from us.

We will host a total of seven tournaments and more fun with competitive activities.

The event has a maximum attendance of 124 participants in total, 72 for the main bank tournaments.

Note that there may be changes before the tournament starts.

We advice you to spend time on the scoresheet and card tournaments when you have time or when you are not in the playoff or finals.

We also advice you study the club map, game and bank charts to familiarise with the club layout before you arrive to reduce confusion and time searching for your next game. This information will be sent to all participants closer to the the event.

Please go yo your game and start playing as soon as possible when new rounds are announced.

We have an agreement with Comfort Hotel, an excellent hotel in walking distance from the club that will make your stay in Bergen both comfortable and affordable. Any participants of the BPO will enjoy this limited offer. Book your room today.

Travelling to Bergen

The airport is just 20 minutes away from the Club (Strandgaten 201) by taxi or a little longer by tram (bybanen) or shuttle bus. There is also train connections and buses to Bergen at walking distance to the club. From Kristiansand, Stavanger and Denmark you can travel by boat if you plan a vacation in connection with Bergen Open. There is plenty of street parking around the club.

By plane: Good connections and direct flights to a lot of cities. Book your flight now for best prices!

Bergen Pinball Club was founded in 2016 and has evolved from a small club to a club that offers a great number of well-maintained games in a wide range, from all ages. The Club is run by volunteers and offers different memberships and all kind of arrangements to spread the magic of pinball.
